1.       ORDER FLOWER

Receptionist       :  Good afternoon, how may I help you?

Adiyr                     :  Hi, I’d like to order some flowers.

Receptionist       :  Who are they for?

Adiyr                     :  They’re for my girlfriend. Her name is Septiyani.

Receptionist       :  What kind of flowers would you like?  

Adiyr                     : I don’t know. I don’t know too much about flowers. Can you recommend something?

Receptionist       :   OK. What’s the reason you are sending her flowers?     

Adiyr                     :  Today’s her birthday and she told me she wants me to buy her flowers.

Receptionist       :  Do you know what kind of flowers she likes?

Adiyr                     :  I’m not sure. I know I should know that, but I can’t remember right now.

Receptionist       :  Well, they’re for your wife, so I think you should give her roses.            

Adiyr                     :  Roses will be fine.         

Receptionist       :  What color?

Adiyr                     :  I think red would be nice.

Receptionist       : Do you want to pick them up or should we deliver them?

Adiyr                     :  Can you deliver them please.   

Receptionist       :  What’s the address?

Adiyr                     :  241 Main street.

Receptionist       : Hello, Mambruk Hotel, how may I help you?

Septi                      : Hi. I’d like to make a reservation.

Receptionist       : How many nights will you be staying?

Septi                      : 2 nights. What’s the room rate?

Septi                      : Yes please.

Sedy                      : And by regular mail?
